Search Tips

To search for a product by any of the fields listed just enter your search query above.
If you don’t know the full name, category, or code you can use the ‘*‘(asterisk) character to match as a wildcard.

For example, a search for ‘Baby’ will show some products that match the word ‘Baby’,
but if you search for ‘Baby*’, it will also bring up Baby Dolls and
any other products containing a term that starts with ‘Baby’ in any of the fields listed.

Fields

The following fields are supported in search:

code
name
description
category_list
tag_list
publish_date

You can search any field by typing the field name followed by a colon ”:” and then the term you are looking for.
By default, all fields are searched for your query.

As an example, if you want to find a product named “reenhanced long sleeve tee”
which contains the text in the description “almost as great as our websites”, you can enter:

title:”reenhanced long” AND description:”great”

Or, you can search specifically on a field. For example, to find all products tagged as ‘panties’, you can enter:

tag_list:”panties”

Note: Since tag_list is already searched by default, you can just enter ‘panties’ for the same effect.

Ranges

Publish Date:

To search for items published before November 7th, 2007, enter ‘publish_date:<20071107‘
To search for items published on or after November 7th, 2007, enter ‘publish_date:>=20071107‘
To search for items published between November 7th, 2007 and July 25th, 2008, enter ‘publish_date:[20071107 20080725]‘

Note: For any of the searches above, you can replace the date values with any value of your choice.
