Online Privacy and Credit Card Protection Policy

At American Tee Shirt, Ltd. we want you to feel safe and secure when you provide us with your personal information online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make product purchases or request technical assistance. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

Even with the very best protection policies and safeguard procedures in place, there is always the remote possibility of fraud. If you believe unauthorized use of your credit information has occurred, follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card’s issuing bank and contact us immediately. Most credit card companies cover all charges that result form unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability to $50.

To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. It applies to all information you submit, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card number.

We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order, and when assisting with support issues. We do not share this information with outside parties.

To better safeguard your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Defective Items: American Tee Shirt, Ltd. offers a free return, 10 days from the date of purchase. This policy states that all domestic (continental USA) customers are granted a time period of ten days from date of purchase to determine if the product performs as advertised and to their satisfaction, provided the product has not been used in a production environment. In the event (within 10 days) the customer is dissatisfied with the product, the customer will be credited back the full amount minus all shipping costs once the returned merchandise has been received by American Tee Shirt, Ltd. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to return the product to American Tee Shirt, Ltd. in an undamaged re-sellable condition. In the event a customer orders the wrong product and wishes to return it, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee. American Tee Shirt, Ltd. withholds the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of damaged/missing materials or unusual product usage, as it deems necessary. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully insure returned items. If customer fails to insure the return shipment, they accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Damaged, unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused.

Defective or Damaged Items: In the event you receive a damaged or defective unit at the time of delivery, please call us and let us know which product(s) are damaged within 10 (ten) business days of original date of purchase. American Tee Shirt, Ltd. will exchange the original product with a replacement unit. Any replacement units will not be shipped out until the original merchandise is returned to American Tee Shirt, Ltd. with the original box or label from the original box. Please note that all defective merchandise must be brought to our attention within 10 (ten) business days of the original date of purchase.

Shipping & Handling Charges

U.S. Shipping & Handling:
Shipping charges to all U.S. destinations are determined by the quantity and weight of the merchandise ordered, and the shipping service and options the customer chooses. In many cases, such as UPS shipments, your location within the U.S. will affect the shipping charges. Our standard carrier for product shipments is UPS ground, though we reserve the right to select alternative carriers at any time.

Deliveries may be left by the carrier without a signature, unless you specifically instruct American Tee Shirt, Ltd. that a signature is required. American Tee Shirt, Ltd., will when possible, ship with signature required, however there is no guarantee the shipper will comply.

Orders are considered complete when picked up by the carrier. Damage, lost or stolen products in transit are covered by insurance. American Tee Shirt, Ltd., when notified by the customer, will promptly notify the insurer. The insurance company, not American Tee Shirt, Ltd. will handle all reimbursements.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify American Tee Shirt, Ltd. before shipment of any special shipping instructions.

Your available shipping methods will appear automatically in your Shopping Cart for orders entered online. After you have chosen your shipping method(s), the estimated shipping & handling charges will be calculated for you in your Shopping Cart before you place your order. If actual charges are lower, you will be billed for the lower cost. If the actual charge is higher, you will be notified via telephone or e-mail of the higher charge, prior to shipment. Shipping costs are only estimates and may be changed by the carrier. American Tee Shirt, Ltd. reserves the right to invoice for any additional sums billed by the carrier.

All domestic orders placed online, and paid for with credit card will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days, under normal business conditions (for in stock products). All International orders placed online will be processed within _5 – 7 business days. Any order placed on a weekend will be processed Monday, with the exception of holidays. If the holiday falls on a Monday, those orders will be processed on the next business day. American Tee Shirt, Ltd. will make every attempt to notify you promptly, using the contact information you have entered, if items are backordered or out of stock.

Handling Fees: All orders are charged a $5.00 handling fee.
