Who do I contact for information on my order?
All of our contact information can be found on the Home page . The person you should speak with will depend on the type of order it is, and the destination.
How can I track my package?
All domestic orders are shipped by UPS, and your tracking number/s will be e-mailed to you after your order has been picked up. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact Geno at email@example.com or at 215.766.7737.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
All domestic orders placed online and paid for with credit card will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days, under normal business conditions (for in stock products).
All International orders will vary due to payment arrangements and shipping methods chosen. (for in stock products).
Any order placed on a weekend will be processed Monday, with the exception of holidays. If the holiday falls on a Monday, those orders will be processed on the next business day. American Tee Shirt, Ltd. will make every attempt to notify you promptly using the contact information you have entered if items are back-ordered or out of stock.
I am having trouble getting my credit card payment to go through. What can I do?
The credit card verification company that we use has strict guidelines to avoid credit card fraud.
- Please make sure that the billing address you have entered matches the billing address on your credit card billing statement.
- Please make sure that the name you’ve entered exactly matches the name on your credit card billing statement.
- If you have tried to enter your payment information unsuccessfully more than twice, the security company will flag the order, and will stop attempting to process the payment. If that is the case, you will need to contact Carol at 215.766.7737 to have your card processed manually in our office.
When I go to Checkout, UPS Ground is not showing as a shipping option. Why is that and what should I do?
Your available shipping methods will appear automatically during checkout for orders entered online. If UPS Ground is not showing it is because your order has reached a certain weight, and will be shipped using our “Hundred Weight” rate. In this case, just choose “Shipping Charges Will Be Billed Separately” and we will contact you when your order is complete with your shipping charges and to arrange payment of those charges before your order is shipped. This will actually save you some money on shipping.
How do I choose a different Shipping method?
Your available shipping methods will appear automatically during the checkout process for orders entered online. After you have chosen your shipping method, the estimated shipping & handling charges will be calculated for you in your Shopping Cart before you place your order.
If your order is International, it may be shipped either by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or by a private carrier. You will be contacted by our international shipping manager to discuss shipping options when your order is complete and ready to ship.
How are my International shipping costs billed?
International shipping charges are billed two ways:
For orders placed online, the shipping costs will be calculated after the order is packed, and must be paid before the order is shipped. You will be contacted by either e-mail or phone to arrange payment of those costs.
For orders placed online with the "Bill My Account" option, (available only to pre-approved customers) your shipping costs will be calculated after the order is packed, and added to the amount of your order when payment is processed.
Can I receive special discounts for bulk orders?

Can I use images from your site?
In some instances, we do allow our images to be used for the promotion of product sales. However, you must get permission to do so by contacting Bob at 215.766.7737
